Every project runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it. One team stays with your project from the first visit to the day it is handed over.
1. Meet a designer
Visit our Dubai or Muscat showroom, or book a home visit. We look at how you actually cook, what you need to store, and what frustrates you about the space you have now. You leave with a clear idea of what is possible and roughly what it costs.
2. Survey and measure
Before anything is drawn properly, we measure the room ourselves: walls, services, floor levels and tolerances. Every cabinet is then made to those dimensions rather than assembled from standard sizes, which is what lets a fitted kitchen sit flush in a room that is never perfectly square.
3. See it in 3D
We design your space in 3D with the finishes and appliances you have chosen, then adjust it with you until it is right. You see the layout, the sightlines and the storage before a single panel is cut, so changes cost nothing but time.
4. Production
Your cabinets go into production once you have signed off both the drawings and the written specification. Nothing changes after sign-off without your approval in writing, so the price you agreed is the price you pay.
5. Installation and handover
Our own installers fit the kitchen, join the worktops and connect the appliances, then test every door, drawer and hinge. We walk the finished room with you, hand over care instructions and your warranty documents, and clear the site.
After handover
Your kitchen is covered by warranty and supported by our after-sales team. Doors and drawers settle slightly in the first few months of use, so a simple adjustment visit is normal rather than a fault, and it is part of the service.
